ROGUE TERRITORY – WORK SHIRT NEPPY DENIM

I have always wanted to wear shirts on a regular basis, and I have bought too many. But I always pick a basic t-shirt and a sweatshirt or a hoody, for everyday use over a shirt. I just feel most comfortable in a t-shirt, and in shirts, i feel like I get so formal and that I don’t want. But I want to give it a go with a quality shirt and one that I can have for many years.

With RGT I have the feeling that I buy clothes from a brand that has a strong focus on producing clothes that are top notch and they also have a focus on the whole value chain when producing clothing. I have begun more and more to focus on the fact of where the clothes we wear are produced and if the people doing the job has a good wage and some good working conditions.  And after that, I find it important to know that the production progress has a minimal impact on the environment.
I will rather have one piece of clothing that I can wear with a good conscience, then have 10 that are produced under bad and harmful conditions for the workers and environment.

RGT

So after I bought RGT’s Standon 15oz denim jeans, I started to look into their ofter pieces of clothing. Specific I started to look at RGT’s shirts, all of them look super sharp and classic. From the pictures, they look to be made from quality material and have some spot-on fits. There are no retailers in Denmark, that carry RGT, so I had to measure and hope that the fit would be to my liking.

Fabric

This shirt I bought from Cultizm, super easy transaction as always. (it is not available anymore but get it at RGT’s own page)
When I got it the shirt I was amazed by the feel of the shirt, it is super stiff and just has a very spectacular fabric. I think that this fabric with time will show some spectacular fading.

The fabric is neppy as the name of the shirt also indicates, it is not too much but just enough to show that the shirt is not just a plain dark indigo fabric.

Another deal that stands out is that there are a triple needle chain-stitch seams run-off detail. This gives the shirt some personality and stands out from the basics shirts that you normally see.

Fit:

The fit of this shirt is stated as a slim fit. But I think it runs a bit big in from what I normally get when I buy a large. But overall I am happy with the fit and will defiantly look into RGT next time I need a shirt or anything ells clothing wise.!

Overall score:

This shirt will go right into my rotation of clothing and I will surely in the future add shirts of this calibre to my wardrobe. Thanks to RGT for bringing some products that just is one of a kind and something that you can wear with a good conscience. Also thanks to Cultizm for being one of the suppliers that bring RGT to the European market.
